Exchange Policy

  1. All goods sold (including pre-ordered products) are non-refundable.
  2. If any goods you purchased on the website (except electronic products/electrical appliances) are found to be damaged within 5 days from the date of shipment, please contact customer service within 5 days from the date of shipment and provide the relevant document number and reason for exchange. for further processing.
  3. For all original electronic products/electrical products purchased from our company, if the product comes with original factory warranty, please keep the product packaging, purchase receipt and warranty card for maintenance and repair purposes. Customers who are unable to present the warranty card and purchase receipt , we apologize for the agent’s failure to provide warranty service.
  4. All goods are non-returnable and non-refundable.
  5. If you need to apply for an exchange, please ensure that the product and its packaging are intact. (*Only one time, no refund service).
  6. If the purchased goods are verified to meet the exchange conditions, a dedicated person will contact you to arrange the relevant exchange procedures. The customer must return the goods to the company within 5 days after the company confirms acceptance of the exchange for exchange with other goods.
  7. All pre-ordered products, ordered products, food, consumables, digital electronic products, special offers, display items, personal items, any free gifts, trial-size gifts or items that are not returnable or exchangeable will not be returned or exchanged.
  8. Due to supplier shipping/delivery delays, refund applications will not be accepted and other goods can be replaced.
  9. If the customer feels after purchase that the product does not meet personal preferences or the quality is not as expected, returns or exchanges will not be accepted.
  10. If the user has sensitive skin, it is recommended to consult a doctor before purchasing the product. If a customer has a sensitive reaction to the purchased product, return arrangements will not be accepted.
  11. Before placing an order online, customers should ensure that the recipient’s name, recipient’s phone number and delivery address are correct. Customers will be responsible for any costs incurred by delayed pickup of goods and third-party theft caused by providing incorrect information.
  12. If the goods are not exchanged in accordance with the instructions and methods provided by the customer service team, the company reserves the right to refuse the exchange. The complete exchange content must include the following (all are indispensable):
    • Original packaging
    • Accessories (if any)
    • Purchase invoice
    • Exchanges must be accompanied by any free gifts included with the purchase, otherwise the value of the free gifts will be charged.
  13. All exchanged products must pay shipping fee first. Pin Point Living does not accept payment of shipping fee by the consignee. Once it is determined that the exchange requirements are met, we will refund the relevant shipping costs in the form of membership shopping credits.

Please note that if the product has the following conditions, it will not be exchanged:

  1. If it has been more than 5 days and is not an exchange product applied for in this exchange order.
  2. Items or products that are not brand new have been opened.
  3. Incomplete packaging; complete packaging should include the goods, original packaging materials and accessories.
  4. Products are not provided by us.
  5. Due to different settings and resolutions of computer screens, there may be slight color differences. This is normal. You cannot request an exchange because of slight color differences in the product (the actual color must be based on the actual picture on the official website. We will not confirm whether the product exists or not. For obvious color difference issues, the final decision will be reserved).
  6. If the goods do not meet the exchange conditions or are returned without confirmation, we will return the goods to the shipping address previously provided by the customer, and the customer will be responsible for the shipping and handling fees.
  7. Please note: If you apply for a return or exchange through the WhatsApp/Facebook customer service officer, it means that you have agreed to the complete return conditions above, and the customer service officer can apply for the return procedure on your behalf.
  8. Out of stock: If an item is out of stock, a full refund will be given to the member’s shopping credit. To avoid out of stock, please return the goods as soon as possible.
  9. Replacement of goods of equal value: You need to replace goods of equal value. If you want to replace goods that are greater than the original purchase amount, you must make up the difference.
  10. Return and exchange service for overseas orders: Before the goods are shipped, our store has dedicated personnel to carefully check the quality. If the customer is still dissatisfied with the goods, he or she can pay the shipping fee to return the goods and contact the store to arrange refund procedures. The return shipping fee for this trip is borne by the customer.
  11. Generally, the goods will undergo quality inspection after they arrive at our warehouse, and we will also take photos and records as necessary. We will not accept returns or exchanges if the damage or problems are caused by human beings. We will not accept returns or exchanges as to whether the damage or related problems of the goods are caused by improper use. The company also reserves the right of final decision.
