For all original factory electronic/electrical products purchased from our company, if the product comes with an original factory warranty, please keep the product packaging, purchase receipt, and warranty card for warranty and repair purposes. Customers who cannot present the warranty card and purchase receipt will not be eligible for warranty services from the agent.
